Why This Matters
Most firms say they value their people. This one shows it through staff retention and the fact they genuinely foster local talent. After 100 years, they could have become complacent. Instead, they're expanding and actively investing in the right people.
The influx of new work in the family department isn't a sign of instability, it's a sign of reputation and growth. You're joining at a genuinely exciting time, not a quiet maintenance period.
The emphasis on open-door culture and supportive environment isn't marketing. It's why experienced family lawyers choose to stay and why junior lawyers develop into specialists. That matters for your own development and satisfaction.
If you want family law work that's meaningful and varied, within a firm that's genuinely growing and genuinely invests in its people, this is it.
