The team is growing and looking for an experienced Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its thriving Winchester office.

You'll step into a role with immediate exposure to sophisticated, often high-net-worth matters involving business assets, trusts, inherited wealth, and complex family dynamics. The Work

Varied, strategic, client-led family law at the high end:

• Financial remedy work: business assets, trusts, inherited wealth, complex valuations
• Nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes
• Private children matters, relocation cases, enforcement
• Injunctive relief and domestic abuse protection
• Advising professionals, entrepreneurs, and HNW families

You'll work closely with respected senior lawyers who are genuine leaders in the field, while still having autonomy to build your own profile and client relationships.

About You

• 5+ PQE in Family Law
• Strong grounding in matrimonial finance and private children work
• Comfortable handling complex assets, business interests, and trust structures
• Excellent client care skills, empathetic, practical, commercially astute
• Resolution-minded with confidence to litigate when needed
