A long-established regional practice with deep roots across Surrey and Berkshire is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its growing team. What You'll Be Doing

You will handle a varied family caseload while playing a key role in supporting clients through significant life events with balanced, practical guidance.

• Managing a broad range of matters including divorce, financial remedies, schedule 1 and TOLATA claims, children arrangements and protective injunctions
• Advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements
• Running files with increasing autonomy while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues
• Conducting negotiations and, where appropriate, undertaking your own advocacy in local courts
• Providing early, clear and empathetic guidance to help clients make informed decisions
• Working with private client and conveyancing teams where family matters intersect with property, estates or wealth planning
• Contributing to the team's continued growth and maintaining high standards of client care

About You

You will be a Family Solicitor with at least three years' post-qualification experience and a client-focused, empathetic approach.

• Ability to balance robust representation with calm, constructive communication
• Comfortable handling your own caseload while seeking guidance on more complex matters
• Interest in developing advocacy skills and taking on more complex work as you progress
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a closely connected team
• Commitment to clear, practical advice that supports clients' long-term outcomes
