The Firm:

The Role:

As Head of Family, you will take full ownership of the department-leading its direction while maintaining a strong personal practice.

You will handle a broad range of family matters, build your own client base, and play a central role in expanding the department. Alongside this, you will mentor junior lawyers and work closely with the Directors on strategy, growth, and long-term planning.

The role is fully remote, with quarterly in-person strategy sessions and key client or networking events.

The Candidate & Package:

  • You will be a senior Family Solicitor (8+ PQE) with strong technical experience across matrimonial, financial, and children matters, combined with a commercial and proactive approach.
  • You may already be leading a team, or ready to step into a role where you can. A track record of building relationships, generating work, and mentoring others will be key.
