A specialist family law firm with a genuine reputation is expanding its Horsham team due to growth and upcoming team changes. They're looking for an experienced Associate (2+ PQE) or Senior Associate (6+ PQE) who's ready to take real responsibility, develop client relationships, and help shape the practice's future.
This is a close-knit, collaborative team handling HNW divorce, complex family disputes, and sophisticated dispute resolution. You'll have autonomy, proper support, and the backing to build something meaningful.

The Work
You'll handle a varied, sophisticated caseload:
- Financial remedy proceedings and HNW divorce
- Children arrangements and private family disputes
- Cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements, injunctive relief
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Build and develop your own client relationships
- Support and mentor Associates as the team grows (for the Senior Associate)
You'll work independently on your own matters while contributing to the team's continued development and growth.
You
Associate (2-5+ PQE):
- Solid grounding in privately funded family law a
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused, organised, collaborative
- Looking to develop your practice within a supportive environment
Senior Associate (6+ PQE):
- Strong track record managing a busy caseload independently
- Proven ability to exceed billing targets
- Business development capability and networking skills
- Experience mentoring more junior lawyers
- Ready to take on greater responsibility and help shape the practice
