The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (1-3+ PQE) to join a respected and growing team.
The role will involve advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Restrictive covenants
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination
- Redundancy
- Whistleblowing
- TUPE
- Settlement agreements
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, provide commercially focused advice, maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the department.

The Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be a qualified Employment Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
- You will have strong knowledge of employment law, excellent client care skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently. Experience advising on settlement agreements and wider employment matters is essential.
- The firm is looking for someone commercially aware, proactive and keen to make a long-term contribution to the team.
