The role

• Advise both employers and individuals on a broad range of employment law matters
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to final hearing
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements and exit packages
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance processes
• Handle TUPE, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing and employment status issues
• Support senior executive exits and restructuring projects
• Draft and review contracts, policies, handbooks and service agreements

What they are looking for

• 3+ years PQE in employment law (flexible for the right person)
• Confident managing your own Employment Tribunal caseload
• Experience advising on settlement agreements end-to-end
• Commercial, pragmatic approach to client work
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoyment of collaborative, team-based working
