The role
- Advise both employers and individuals on a broad range of employment law matters
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to final hearing
- Draft and negotiate settlement agreements and exit packages
- Advise on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance processes
- Handle TUPE, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing and employment status issues
- Support senior executive exits and restructuring projects
- Draft and review contracts, policies, handbooks and service agreements
What they are looking for
- 3+ years PQE in employment law (flexible for the right person)
- Confident managing your own Employment Tribunal caseload
- Experience advising on settlement agreements end-to-end
- Commercial, pragmatic approach to client work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoyment of collaborative, team-based working
