They are now looking to bring in an Employment Solicitor to support continued growth across both employer and employee matters.
The Opportunity
You'll join a collaborative, partner-led team handling a broad spread of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Settlement agreements
- TUPE and restructuring matters
- Disciplinary, grievance and HR advisory work
- Policies, procedures and day-to-day employment support
- Mediation and dispute resolution
The team works closely with other departments across the firm, creating a strong referral network and a varied, consistent flow of quality work.

About You
- Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
- Strong technical grounding with a commercial, pragmatic approach
- Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships
- Positive, collaborative and ambitious
