The Role

You'll handle a broad and stimulating caseload:

• Draft contracts, policies, agreements and procedures
• Advise on employment issues in M&A, TUPE and corporate transactions
• Manage employment disputes for employers and employees
• Prepare and represent at Tribunal hearings
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Supervise junior team members as you progress

The work is commercially focused, strategically driven, and client-first. You'll be trusted with responsibility early but backed by Partners who actually know what they're doing.

About You

• Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, solid experience in an established, recognised employment department
• Track record of developing client relationships
• Strong client care skills and commercial awareness
• Ready to take the lead on matters while still learning from top-tier lawyers
