This role suits an Employment Solicitor who enjoys advising businesses in real time, not just quoting the law. You'll work across both contentious and non-contentious matters, building trusted client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice that employers actually use.

The Role

• Advising employers on day-to-day employment issues and longer-term risk
• Handling both advisory and contentious work, including disputes as they arise
• Drafting and negotiating key employment documents
• Working closely with clients to understand their commercial pressures and objectives

About You

• Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Commercial, pragmatic and confident dealing directly with clients
• Strong communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships
