The Work

You'll handle all aspects of employment law with autonomy and commercial impact:

• Corporate support work: TUPE, restructuring, redundancy programmes
• Respondent-based matters: wrongful and unfair dismissals, discrimination claims
• Restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, executive exits
• Employment Tribunal litigation and advisory work
• Day-to-day HR support for commercial clients

You'll work closely with the Head of Employment and a collaborative team, but you'll be trusted to run matters independently, develop client relationships, and bring your own approach to business development.

You

• Employment Solicitor with c4+ PQE in Employment Law (ideally private practice background)
• Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters
• Immigration experience ideal but not essential
• Passionate about business development with ideas on how to grow the department
• Self-sufficient, commercially aware, excellent client care
• Collegiate, collaborative team player with genuine enthusiasm for the firm's future
