You'll join a well-established team advising a broad mix of employers and senior individuals across care, healthcare, tech, construction, and charities. The Work

You'll have real ownership from day one, advising clients directly and managing matters end-to-end:

• Advise on contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR issues
• Handle disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures
• Lead TUPE and change management projects
• Manage discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims
• Run Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Advise on executive exits and settlement agreements

You'll also build client relationships, contribute to business development in ways that feel natural, and support junior lawyers as the team continues expanding.

• 3+ PQE as an Employment Solicitor
• Confident across contentious and non-contentious matters
• Commercial, practical, comfortable dealing directly with clients
• Organised, collaborative, keen to develop others
