Employment Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Ashford

Join a Legal 500-recognised regional employment team known for handling complex disputes and strategic employer advisory work. This role offers a balanced mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, close partner access and high-quality instructions, without the pressure of a City practice.

The Role

You will work within a specialist employment team advising a broad client base, primarily on the employer side, with some employee matters.

• Day-to-day HR advice including contracts, policies, disciplinaries and grievances

• Restructures, redundancies, reorganisations and TUPE

• Business protection work including restrictive covenants and team moves

• Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including discrimination and whistleblowing

• Settlement agreements and senior exits

• Partner-led work on high-risk disputes, with responsibility for your own matters

• Involvement in client training and business development

About You

• Employment solicitor with 2+ years' PQE

• Employer experience preferred, though employee-side considered

• Commercial, pragmatic and confident running matters with support

• Collaborative and client-focused
