The Role:

The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years' PQE to join the team in a senior capacity.

This role offers a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and contentious employment work, primarily acting for employers across a diverse client base.

Matters include:

  • Corporate support and employment aspects of business transactions
  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
  • Redundancy and restructuring projects
  • Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
  • Senior executive and HR advisory work
  • Day-to-day employment law support for commercial clients

Beyond technical legal work, this position offers genuine influence within a growing department. The successful individual will contribute to the strategic development of the practice, strengthen existing client relationships, and play a leading role in driving future growth.

The Candidate & Benefits:
