Employment Senior Associate / Partner | 6+ PQE | Southampton
A senior employment role in a Top 100 national firm where the work is City-quality, the client base is established, and the platform is built for long-term progression rather than short-term targets.

The Role
You'll step into a busy, well-supported team handling a full mix of contentious and advisory employment work:

- Drafting contracts, policies, settlement agreements and HR documentation
- Supporting corporate teams on employment aspects of transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a broad corporate base
- Getting involved in business development, client training and profile-raising work
There is genuine scope here to progress at Senior Associate level or move towards Partnership within a structured, national framework.
About You
- 6+ PQE employment lawyer with strong respondent or mixed experience
- Confident managing Tribunal work independently
- Strong technical grounding across advisory and contentious matters
- Commercial, client-focused and comfortable advising senior stakeholders
- Interested in developing a profile within a national platform

You get:
- A strong national employment practice with consistent, high-value work
- Access to major corporate clients and senior decision-makers
- Clear, structured progression with real transparency around advancement
- Hybrid working built on trust and flexibility rather than monitoring
