The Firm

The Role
In this position, you will lead complex employment mandates within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. You will act as a "go-to" expert for sophisticated advice, often working as a strategic extension for major global law firms through a dedicated professional services portal.

  • Lead on UK and cross-border employment matters, providing commercial, pragmatic solutions to a diverse corporate client base
  • Collaborate with specialists in tax and equity-based remuneration to design and implement complex international incentive plans and global talent strategies
  • Utilise a high-performance infrastructure that includes 24-hour shared access to client files, automated iManage technology, and comprehensive administrative support
  • Play a lead role in expanding the practice within a flat, agile structure that rewards new ideas and diverse professional perspectives


The Candidate

  • An established Employment Lawyer, either at a partner level or a senior associate ready to take the step into partnership
  • Deep experience in employment-related service lines, with the ability to provide to the point commercial advice
  • A commercial mindset and a strong drive. The firm have the resources to back a partner, they just need someone with the right mindset to drive the practice forward
