- Supporting the financial management of clients, including budgeting, property transactions and ongoing administration.
- Assisting with the administration of Personal Injury Trusts.
- Liaising with clients, families, case managers, healthcare professionals and other advisers.
- Working alongside experienced Deputies, Partners and the wider Court of Protection team.
About You
You'll be a qualified Solicitor with up to three years' PQE and an interest in Court of Protection work.
You will ideally have:
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
Candidates with experience in Private Client or other client-facing areas who are looking to specialise in Court of Protection work are also encouraged to apply.
The Opportunity
Alongside a competitive salary and hybrid working, you'll be joining a genuinely established team with a steady flow of quality work, clear supervision and a supportive culture. It's an opportunity to develop specialist expertise within a department that continues to be recognised as one of the strongest in its field.
