This leading regional firm, ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers UK, is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its specialist Court of Protection team in Redhill. The role

As a senior member of the team, you will:

• Act as or work alongside professional deputies for clients lacking capacity
• Manage high-value damages awards and complex financial affairs
• Advise on property and financial matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development
• Play an active role in client relationship management and business development

What we're looking for

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence in handling complex matters
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and families
• Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative
