• 2+ PQE in Corporate Law (flexible for the right candidate, no upper limit)
• Strong technical grounding across M&A, corporate structuring, commercial agreements
• Comfortable working independently while knowing support is there
• Commercially astute and business-focused approach
• Ambitious to build your own client base and help establish the corporate team
