The opportunity

You'll join a well-established corporate team working closely with respected senior lawyers on transactions that genuinely shape businesses.

Expect to be involved in:

• M&A transactions, including share and asset purchases
• Corporate restructuring and business exits
• Joint ventures and shareholders' agreements
• Advising SMEs, entrepreneurs, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of international companies
• Supporting deals from early stages through to completion

From early on, you'll have meaningful client contact, exposure to sophisticated work and the chance to build confidence as a deal lawyer in a team known for technical strength and commercial thinking.
