You'll work alongside one of the South East's most respected corporate practitioners, handling London-quality deals for SMEs, start-ups, and UK subsidiaries of multinationals, with autonomy, senior exposure, and actual work-life balance.

The Work

• Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE with solid M&A experience
• Background from a recognised regional or City firm where you've handled quality transactional work
• Outstanding technical knowledge with clear commercial focus
• Proven ability to generate business and identify prospects
• Ready for senior responsibility, client ownership, and genuine influence
