One of the South Coast's largest corporate practices, winners of Regional Corporate Finance Team of the Year are expanding their corporate team and they want you to establish and lead the offering there.

This isn't a satellite outpost or token presence. It's a strategic expansion backed by other regional offices, an award-winning team, and real investment in building something significant.

You'll have autonomy to shape the practice, access to an existing client base of serial acquirers (many PE-backed in buy-and-build strategies), and the resources of a major regional platform behind you.

The Work

You'll lead transactional corporate work with genuine complexity and commercial stakes:

• M&A transactions for serial acquirers, often PE-backed buy-and-build strategies
• Corporate disposals and exits
• Non-transactional work: shareholders' agreements, share option schemes, restructurings
• Build client relationships and business development in Bournemouth and the wider region
• Work collaboratively with an award-winning team

This is hands-on deal work with the scope to build your own client base and practice area from the ground up.

You

• Senior Associate or Partner level with solid corporate transactional experience
• Skilled in business development with the ability to generate and convert opportunities
• Highly organised, commercially astute, proactive
• Excellent communicator and natural team player
• Ready to take ownership, build something new, and be accountable for its success
