A leading regional firm is looking for a Corporate & Commercial Partner to join its growing Bournemouth team.

This is a genuine growth opportunity for a senior lawyer who wants to lead, win work and shape a practice, rather than simply inherit a desk.

The Opportunity

• Lead sophisticated corporate work for entrepreneurs, growth businesses and established corporates
• Handle £5m-£10m+ M&A transactions
• Develop client relationships and drive new business
• Help shape strategy, mentor lawyers and grow the team
• Benefit from strong cross-referral opportunities across property, private client and litigation

About You

You'll be a 10+ PQE Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with:

• Strong private company M&A and corporate advisory experience
• Experience handling £5m-£10m+ transactions
• A proven business development track record and referrer network
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, SMEs and growth businesses
• Ambition to lead and develop a team
• Additional commercial, IP, banking or VC/PE experience advantageous
• International or cross-border experience a plus
