This is a chance to work as part of the wider Private Client team which is one of the most established in the UK with 45 Fee-Earners.

The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes, including:

Will challenges
1975 Act claims
Executor, trustee and beneficiary disputes
Issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments
