A Manchester disputes practice is looking for a 2+ PQE solicitor with strong contentious construction experience and the ambition to develop into a recognised name in the sector.

This is not a general litigation role with occasional construction disputes. The caseload is specialist, technically demanding and often high-value, the kind of work that typically sits within dedicated London construction teams. The Work

At 2+ PQE, you will be running your own adjudications and supporting Partners on larger-scale projects, managing disclosure and witness evidence, drafting pleadings, attending without-notice hearings and mediations, and advising clients on tactical and commercial risks. As you develop, that responsibility compounds, larger claims, more complex technical disputes, and more direct client relationships.
