The Work

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
• Advise on data protection, IP, and financing structures
• Sector focus: renewable/sustainable energy (including waste-to-energy), industrial, infrastructure, construction
• Work opposite top-tier UK firms on deals of national/international significance

About You

• NQ to 3+ PQE in commercial law (construction experience with broader commercial work also considered)
• Strong technical knowledge with clear commercial focus
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Ambitious, self-sufficient, ready to grow with the business
