You would handle commercial contracts, IP, data protection and financing structures for UK multinationals, SMEs, charities and entrepreneurs across life sciences, renewable energy, industrial sectors and tech. The work is diverse, sector-specific and genuinely sophisticated.

The team is led by a globally recognised Partner who is building something exceptional with backing from a national group and ambitious growth plans. At 6+ PQE, you would take a leading role in shaping client relationships, running complex matters and contributing to the direction of the practice.

The Work
You would lead on commercial transactions, advising clients directly and taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.

Expect to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, advise on data protection and IP frameworks, structure financing arrangements, and handle sector-specific mandates in renewable and sustainable energy (including waste-to-energy), industrial, infrastructure and construction.

You would regularly work opposite top-tier UK firms on deals of national and international significance. The team is innovative, tech-forward and consistently punching above its weight in terms of client quality and deal complexity.

At this level, you would also play a role in business development, client relationship management and supervising junior lawyers as the team continues to grow.
