The Opportunity

The Work

• You will advise on a broad mix of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, investment portfolios and secured lending.

• The work is genuinely varied and often strategic, supporting corporate transactions, regeneration schemes and long-term asset management for institutional, public sector and private clients.

• You will have direct exposure to clients early, working closely with experienced partners and legal directors both in Bristol and across the wider national real estate team.

The Team & Platform

• You will be part of one of the largest and most established real estate groups outside London, with the scale to handle complex, high-value transactions and the infrastructure to support you properly.

• The Bristol team is led by recognised specialists, with further senior hires strengthening the platform and creating clear opportunities for development as the office continues to grow.
