A busy, friendly property team in Kent is looking for a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join due to continued growth. You'll work closely with experienced partners on a genuinely varied caseload spanning traditional commercial property and agricultural matters, farm sales, estate management, strategic land for long-standing, locally based clients who actually value relationships.

This is commercial property with character, backed by hybrid working, autonomy, and a team that's collaborative rather than competitive.

The Work

Expect variety beyond standard commercial property:

• Acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work
• Agricultural and rural property: farm sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, estate management
• Development projects, strategic land, option agreements
• Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, related documentation
• Title investigations and due diligence
• Build strong client relationships with locally based, long-standing clients

You'll work closely with experienced partners who'll develop you, not just delegate to you.

About You

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE with solid commercial real estate experience
• Experience or genuine interest in agricultural/rural property work
• Strong technical ability with a practical, client-focused approach
• Comfortable working closely with clients and colleagues
• Team player keen to get involved in business development and networking within the local community
