The Role:

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate 1+ PQE to join its growing team.

You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and support, allowing you to develop your technical expertise, client relationships and commercial experience.

Your work will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and asset management.
• Property finance and secured lending.
• Development projects, including site assembly and plot sales.
• Portfolio management for corporate and investor clients.

You will gain exposure to sophisticated transactions for national and international clients, while contributing to the continued growth of the practice through client development and relationship building.

The Candidate & Benefits:

• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE and strong Commercial Property experience.
