The focus is on landlord and tenant, investment and asset management work, with the backing of a large, well-resourced team and strong cross-department support.

The opportunity

You'll work with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and investors to large corporates, advising across the full lifecycle of commercial property assets.

Expect to be involved in:

• Strategic landlord and tenant work across large property portfolios
• Lease negotiations, renewals, regears and portfolio management
• Acquisitions and disposals of investment assets
• Surrenders, dilapidations and asset optimisation strategies
• Supporting complex real estate elements of corporate transactions
• Advising on investment structures, development and securitisation projects

You'll work closely with corporate, banking and disputes teams, giving you access to complex, multi-layered work and long-term client relationships.
