A well-established, full-service firm with a strong South East presence is opening its Dorking office to a new Commercial Property Partner. The partner leading the property team wants someone who is not just a safe pair of hands on a file, but a visible presence in the local market. That means from week one, you are not tucked away drafting. You are out at events, meeting developers and agents, building the practice alongside them.
The Role
- Run a varied commercial property caseload: acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development agreements, options and overage, investment work
- Work directly alongside the existing property partner on BD, attending local events, building relationships with introducers, raising your own profile in the Dorking market
- Leverage the firm's existing reputation while building a network that is yours
- Play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members as the office grows

- 10+ years' PQE in commercial property, with solid technical foundations and a natural, client-facing manner
