Location: Glasgow (mostly Remote working, with occasional travel to Glasgow)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking Commercial Property team within a well-established, international firm known for its entrepreneurial culture and strong commercial reputation.

You will collaborate directly with a well-regarded Partner who is known for being personable, supportive and easy to work with, handling work across Scotland and at times the wider UK.

This is a role with real scope for progression, allowing you to develop specialist expertise, steer your career in the direction you want and establish yourself as an integral part of a growing Glasgow team.

With a primarily remote working arrangement and only periodic visits to the Glasgow office, you'll have the flexibility to maintain balance and prioritise what matters.

The Work
You will gain exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:

• Managing a busy and varied caseload with appropriate supervision
• Handling sales, purchases, leasing and asset management matters
• Drafting and reviewing dispositions, leases, missives, variations and licences
• Conducting title reviews, property searches and due diligence
• Supporting the Partner on larger development, investment and portfolio transactions
• Liaising directly with clients, surveyors, local authorities and other stakeholders
• Assisting with team projects, operational improvements and client onboarding processes

This role offers hands-on experience, excellent client exposure and the chance to develop market-leading knowledge.

Your Experience

• At least 1 year of dedicated Commercial Property experience within a legal environment
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and confidently
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for real estate work
• Confident in building relationships both internally and externally
• Ambition to progress and take on increasing responsibility over time
