• 2+ PQE in Commercial Litigation (flexible for the right candidate, no upper limit)
• Strong technical grounding across commercial dispute resolution and litigation
• Comfortable working independently while knowing support is there
• Commercially astute and strategic approach to dispute management
• Ambitious to build your own client base and help establish the litigation team
