The Opportunity

You'll step into a senior role with real strategic responsibility:

• Lead and manage significant commercial disputes across multiple sectors
• Shareholder, partnership and director disputes; fraud, insolvency, asset recovery
• Cross-border litigation, arbitration, and ADR work
• Work closely with partners on high-value cases while building your own practice
• Mentor junior lawyers and support team development
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
• Build a foundation for partnership with clear progression and support

You'll work within a first-class network spanning corporate, real estate, regulatory, and construction teams, developing expertise that rivals City firms, without the politics or unsustainable grind.

We're looking for someone ready to step up:

• Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation or Disputes with proven capability, likely from at a well regarded regional or London firm.
• Strong track record managing complex, high-value commercial disputes
• Strategic mindset with excellent commercial instincts
• Excellent mentoring and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, driven, ready to build a practice toward partnership
• Ideally based in or relocating to Kent, Sussex, Surrey, or South London
