The Role

You'll advise national and local clients on some of their most significant and challenging disputes, acting in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Work will cover:

• Contractual disputes and misrepresentation
• Professional negligence
• Insolvency and restructuring matters
• Real estate and property-related disputes
• A broad range of sector-specific disputes (energy, financial services, tech, transport and more)

You'll work closely with market-leading partners, build your own profile, and take on responsibility early within a tight-knit team.

About You

• Current NQ-3 years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Commercially minded, with sound judgment
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Highly organised, able to manage a varied caseload
