What You'll Be Doing

• Managing commercial recoveries work:
  Acting for major insurers, utilities, and corporate creditors on high-volume and complex debt recovery matters, including pre-legal recoveries, litigation, and enforcement.

• Supporting related litigation and insolvency work:
  Handling associated insolvency and estate recovery matters linked to commercial debt cases, providing a varied and engaging caseload.

• Delivering practical, commercial advice:
  Advising clients on risk, recovery options, and settlement strategies, balancing legal precision with cost-effective outcomes.

• Working collaboratively:
  Joining a small but growing Chester-based team with strong partner involvement, supported by experienced colleagues in other regional offices.

• Contributing to expansion:
  Helping to build on a successful platform and establish the Chester office as a key regional hub for debt recovery and commercial dispute work.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year's PQE in commercial litigation or debt recovery

• Experience handling recoveries, enforcement, or insurance-related disputes

• Confident managing files with autonomy and communicating effectively with clients

• Practical, commercially minded, and motivated to develop within a supportive, growing team
