A Legal 500-ranked litigation team is expanding due to growth and team changes. They're looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with banking and finance experience (or genuine interest in the area) to join their Bournemouth office.

You'll handle 30-40% banking and finance litigation, with broader commercial disputes alongside. More importantly, you'll build your own caseload while receiving strong support, genuine responsibility and genuine development from day one.

The Work

You'll handle a varied litigation caseload:

• Banking and finance litigation: 30-40% of your work (commercial disputes, recovery actions, contractual issues)
• Commercial litigation: broader commercial disputes, general commercial work
• Build your own caseload while receiving work from the team
• Work on complex, commercial matters with genuine client stakes
• Real autonomy and responsibility for your files

This isn't about processing volume. It's about developing genuine expertise in banking and finance litigation within a respected team.

About You

• NQ-4 PQE in Commercial Litigation or Banking & Finance Litigation (flexible on experience for the right candidate)
• The firm are open to considering more experienced candidates depending on background
• Banking/finance litigation experience ideal, but genuine interest in the area is enough
• Strong client communication and case management skills
• Looking for genuine responsibility and development
