The Role
Commercial Property sits at the core of the firm's practice, meaning this role offers consistent access to high-quality work and close day-to-day collaboration with highly experienced Partners.
You'll advise on a broad and varied caseload, including commercial property investment for HNW investors and corporate clients, acquisitions and disposals (including development work), and complex commercial leasing matters. The emphasis is on depth, responsibility and continuity, allowing you to build genuine technical confidence rather than being siloed into narrow tasks.
As part of a busy and growing team, you'll work alongside a leading Partner in the field, gaining hands-on exposure to complex transactions and nationally recognised clients. Over time, you'll be given increasing ownership of matters, direct client contact and insight into deal strategy and structuring - positioning you strongly for progression to Senior Associate and beyond.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
• Strong experience across acquisitions and disposals, development, investment and landlord & tenant work
• A commercial mindset and the ambition to take on greater responsibility as your experience grows
