This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected Agricultural Property teams, working alongside an impressive Partner on high quality strategic land and development matters. You'll advise landowners on complex transactions, renewable energy projects and major development work, while becoming a key part of a team that's continuing to grow.

This is more than another fee-earning position. As a Senior Associate or experienced Associate, you'll play an important role in mentoring junior lawyers, helping shape the next generation of the team while building your own long-term career within a highly regarded specialist practice.

The Role

• Strategic land and development work
• Agricultural property sales and acquisitions
• Renewable energy and clean energy projects
• Acting exclusively for landowner clients
• Supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Working closely with Partners and a collaborative specialist team

About You

• 3+ years' PQE
• Background in Commercial Property or Agricultural Property
• Experience with development or strategic land work would be advantageous
• Enjoy mentoring others and building strong client relationships
• Looking to establish yourself within a market-leading specialist team
