This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor with 1+ PQE to join a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked Agricultural Property team, working with landowners on some of the most interesting development projects in the market.

You don't need to have an agricultural background. If you're a Commercial Property or Residential Property lawyer with a strong grounding in property transactions and an interest in developing a specialist niche, this team will provide the support and training to help you make the move.

You'll join an established and collaborative team that values internal development, offering the chance to build specialist agricultural property knowledge while continuing to develop your career alongside experienced Partners and Legal Directors.

The Role

• Advising landowner clients on a variety of agricultural property matters
• Supporting development and strategic land projects
• Handling purchases, sales, refinancing, easements, tenancies and first registrations
• Building trusted relationships with clients and referrers
• Working alongside specialists across agriculture, private client, planning and commercial teams

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ PQE
• Property experience is essential, with backgrounds considered from:
  • Agricultural Property
  • Commercial Property
  • Residential Property
• A genuine interest in developing a career within Agricultural Property
• Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client advice
• Keen to learn, develop and become part of a specialist team
