The Role:

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Social Housing Solicitor 4+ PQE to join their Leeds office.

This is a unique, exciting chance to join a leading UK Law firm where a lot of the work is international. The department is well established and highly recognised for the quality of its work.

The ideal individual would have previous experience of working in Real Estate law, preferably relating to Social/Affordable Housing.

The position comes with solid prospects for progression within the department. The successful applicant will gain the opportunity to lead on or participate in projects including: forming housing associations, mergers, group structures and reorganisations, advice and training to boards of management, charity law advice, major projects with local authorities and other third parties and advice on compliance with the housing association regulatory regime.

Requirements

• You will be a Social Housing Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• You will have worked at a regional/national practice
• You will have an eye for detail and want to join a leading L500-ranked practice
