The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for the appointment of 4+ years PQE Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join this nationally recognized R&I team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice on financial and operational restructuring within corporate entities or groups. As a key aspect of the position, you will take the lead on mandates, assuming a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the work conducted by junior fee earners.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team, providing advice across the full spectrum of Insolvency and Restructuring supporting insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders

Requirements

• You will be a Qualified Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• Background in a firm with an excellent reputation for contentious and non-contentious matters
• Excellent academic and professional qualifications
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to confidently manage your own caseload of high-calibre work and clients
