The role:

opportunity for an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to support this firm's UK employment team whilst offering strategic input across their global offerings.

Within this role, you will be at the forefront of their client-facing knowledge, publications and legal updates.

The key responsibilities will be:

• Focus on developing their fee-earning talent
• Engage with the marketing team on their output of value-add services
• Monitoring key legal developments and ensuring Employees and Clients alike are kept up to date
• Client-facing management
• Liaising with Industry bodies

The ideal candidate:

• 8+ years PQE with 4 years' experience as a PSL
• Outstanding technical knowledge across all employment matters
• Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
