The role

The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE into their Southampton, Hampshire office.

You will work as part of a highly-ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

You will handle all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients and build and develop your own caseload with a commercial emphasis.

You will be expected to be able to handle matters including but not limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.

This role will present an excellent level of exposure and offers great prospects for career progression.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• Good communication skills are essential
