The role:

Rare opportunity for an ambitious Employment Associate 3-5 years PQE who is looking to join a team with a global outlook, to be based in their Bristol office.

This role would suit someone who has an appetite for complex and challenging work, with the chance to get involved with cross-jurisdictional employment matters that often have an international angle.

You will have access to contentious and non-contentious employment matters, mostly for employers and on the respondent side. This will include TUPE matters, employment contracts, advisory work, dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and corporate restructuring.

There's a lot of really exciting work in the pipeline and this is a dedicated team that is genuinely enthusiastic about delivering for their clients, making it an energising environment to work in.

Working with a senior Partner as well as those based in other offices, they are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and with the capability to work in an agile manner.
