Associate (Mid-Senior) - Corporate

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Associate with 4-8 PQE to join a Top 20 International Law Firm in London.

Within this role you will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.

You'll be required to show flexibility in supporting a broad range of corporate transactions, but with a particular focus on private M&A work.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 4-8 years PQE; those with a little more or less PQE but with the right experience may also be considered.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
