The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate with 3-4 years PQE to join this Top 70 International Law Firm.
Within this role you will be advising on complex and multi-faceted real estate transactions including structured investments and disposals, advising on the sale, purchase and negotiation of commercial leases, including short term and long-term leases, the assignment and sub-letting of commercial property, and advising on all aspects of real estate development and the real estate aspects of financing transactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 3-4 years PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
