The Role

The firm is seeking a new Practice Director to join their flourishing West End office.

Currently, various Partners deal with the day-to-day practice management of the business each having different responsibilities. This has always worked well, although workload has increased, and the firm is now looking for an experienced Practice Director to act as the glue between the Partners and take over the general management of the firm.

You will deal with compliance, recruitment, strategy, budgets and many other responsibilities. You will work closely with HR, IT and Admin team, reporting to the Managing Director.

The firm has a strong finance team so this is handled separately, but you will go between departments liaising at a senior management level.
