The firm is seeking to hire a Business Development Director to join the firms Banbury office.
They are a creative, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice with an electric feel throughout the firm. They think outside of the box and have a genuinely refreshing approach to marketing.
The firm have used outside marketing agencies previously, with all Partners taking responsibility for their own business development and marketing of departments. The firm has however, now become a size where they need you to work with both junior and senior members of staff in devising a clear business development and marketing strategy for the whole firm. You will support teams with projects and pitches and will work at management level advising the firm on strategy. This is an exciting time to join the firm, they have more growth planned over the next 12 months and you will be at the forefront of this. Your role will be wide ranging and varied, making for an interesting workload.
